VINIFICATION.

The grapes are crushed and pressed in a soft way, and the skins are separated from the must immediately. the juice obtained is fermented in steel tanks and the temperature is maintained below 15 ºC.

AGEING.

In thermoregulated tanks that contribute to enhancing its aromaticity and aromas.

TASTING NOTES.

The colour is light straw-yellow with greenish reflections. It has a delicate, pleasantly fruity bouquet. The taste is fresh, harmonious and savoury. The embrace between the sea and the land, the waves that gently reach the shore and shine under the sun, to then crash, and then lap the shore again. This is how the meeting between a native and an international grape is born. 

FOOD PAIRING.

It is an excellent wine as an aperitif, with appetizers and fish first courses. It goes well with fish in general and with crustaceans.

You should serve cold at 8-10°C and you should open the bottle at the time of consumption.
