VINIFICATION.

The grapes are crushed and pressed in a soft way, and the skins are separated from the must immediately. the juice obtained is fermented in steel tanks and the temperature is maintained below 15 ºC.

AGEING.

In thermoregulated tanks that contribute to enhancing its aromaticity and aromas.

TASTING NOTES.

The colour is bright greenish, it has a slightly fruity bouquet, pleasantly dry and refreshing, with great finesse and harmony. Here is the perfume of spring strolls in the fresh grass fields. Here is the iodised taste of salt on the lips after a dip in the Ionian Sea. Here is the green Verdeca that tickles the palate, and tells the tale of the vineyards of Salento that always stretch towards the sea coasts.

FOOD PAIRING.

It is ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with light appetizers, vegetables, risottos made with fish.
